i love the opportunity to shoot maternity sessions prior to a newborn’s arrival. it’s so fun meeting two people, thrilled with anticipation of the little person joining them soon. it’s even more fun to meet up again a few weeks later, to meet that little person. and to see those same two people, head-over-heels in love with their baby. lucky me, for getting to participate in this amazing time of their lives! i met up with jared + teri in between snowstorms last weekend. we had a beautiful sunny day, and a fresh blanket of snow too! thanks for braving the cold, and modeling so well… can’t wait to meet your little boy or girl in a few weeks!

meet lulu. she arrived as a gift to her super awesome parents on christmas day. she was a sweet sleepyhead for our entire session.  daddy had to  sing her song — “hello lulu” to get her to wake up, and then again to calm her down once she was fully awake. it was simply adorable. [...]

at just over 4.5 and 5.5 lbs respectively, noah and luke were the tiniest babies i’ve photographed in awhile. especially considering the 8 lbers my past three sessions! noah + luke were perfect models for our session, sleeping soundly the entire time. what fun! i loved spending the afternoon with them, and seeing their distinct [...]
