this past sunday, my sister got married… which explains the silence on my blog the past couple weeks — i took time off to help with all the last minute wedding preparations. the event came off so beautifully. the wedding took place on the rooftop of an art gallery, under the stars. it was a crisp fall evening. my sister was a gorgeous bride. it was magic. i was so happy to be a part of the celebration. given my bridesmaid responsibilities, i didn’t get alot of camera time… but managed to get some shots when i could 
enjoy!

What a cool venue! Very nice. Was it a dessert reception? Mine was too, so I think night weddings with dessert are really fun, but then I’m biased.

I confess I was hankering for a glimpse of Jake and Chelsea’s big day. Looks like it was a beautiful and fashionable affair–no surprise! Yay for the new Mr. and Mrs. Campbell!

Hi Megan. You don’t know me at all, but I have seen you at various SGM events and at my church in New Orleans. I knew you were a gifted vocalist, but had no idea you were an equally gifted photographer. Your photos are beautiful…and fun. I especially like the one with the skull. Very quirky and creative!

I hadn’t seen any pictures until these and had been dying to see where it all went down. SO beautiful! Chelsea (and her DRESS!) were gorgeous. And looove the venue. You all get major props for putting together such a classy, fun, special day in such a short time! Congrats to all of you!
